MODX-45 fits to nearly any .45 A***** firearm out of the box. The length is customizable, allowing the shooter to find the perfect level of suppression. Even in the full length configuration, the MODX-45 is extremely light due to titanium construction.

MODX-45 also ships with extra accessories not included with most competing products: both .578 and M16LH pistons, as well as a fixed barrel spacer.
